The intricacies around tax, estate, retirement, investment, and risk management planning are extensive. Not only does an attorney need a thorough knowledge of trust & estate, probate law, asset protection, and business laws, an attorney must also have extensive knowledge of income tax, estate tax, gift tax, business laws, and real estate laws. All of these areas are intertwined and have a significant impact on an individual's tax and estate planning. With over 10 years of diverse experience in business and 19 years of legal experience, Mr. Cho is committed to helping his clients through complex tax and estate planning matters. When selecting a professional to protect you legally or financially, choose a professional who is able to view and solve problems with the ingenuity of an attorney combined with the resourcefulness of a CPA.
